Criteria: The BCNAA Greensboro Chapter Scholarship Fund will be awarded to a current Junior and/or Senior who has demonstrated outstanding academic achievement, exhibited financial need, and expressed a strong interest in completing their education.

Award Amount: Up to 5 scholarships will be awarded at $300 each per academic year.

Renewal: This scholarship is NOT renewable. Previous scholarship recipients cannot re-apply.

Greensboro Chapter Scholarship Directions:

1. To be considered for this award, the student must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, in good academic standing and demonstrate financial need through the scholarship applications.
2. The student must provide a 500-word statement of:
   Describing, “Who you are and what are your plans after Bennett College?”
3. The student must provide a letter of recommendation from an advisor, counselor, or professor.
   “Why should this student be considered for the scholarship?”
4. If awarded, the student must provide proper documentation to fund the awarded expense. (Monies will be sent directly to the organization or Bennett College.)
